Step One:
Choose a collection based on the sq. ft. of the property & is a big enough collection
to showcase the amenities.
Step Two:
Choose either Standard HDR or our Luxury HDR.
Standard HDR- Standard HDR Quality, vibrancy is low, details are flat with low contrast, and dimension details are not as pronounced. Overall Standard HDR offers decent
quality for the average property.
Luxury HDR-Higher HDR Quality, and vibrancy are brighter & more pronounced. Details are visible. There is more dimension to the image & has a magazine-quality view. I recommend this style HDR if the property had upgrades like granite, marble countertops & or wood, marble, tile floors, etc.

The price for each collection is based on per address.
This means it is not to be split up to accommodate two different units or addresses.
There are no exchanges or refunds on any images or services.
If you would like more angles of a room or more images added to your collection we can certainly do so- there is a fee to add on images. We suggest if you want a variety of images to choose from then go up a collection or two.
WHAT AM I PAYING FOR EXACTLY...

- The photographer's skills & time to photograph the property
- The photographer's skills & talents in the editing room
- Equipment use
-Travel
- Insurance
- The license(rent) to use the digital image for that property.
Ownership of the images always remains with the photographer.
You are paying for the right to rent the images for a period of time.
