PAYMENT

​

Payment must be paid in full before our scheduled reservation or at the time of service in person with a check payable to Southern Belle Real Estate Photography LLC. You can pay the invoice online via the PayPal Invoice or you can go to the link below to pay with a Credit/Debit Card on Southern Belle Photography’s website…

Payment is made before we go out to photography the property or at the time of service via check.

There are situations where the invoice may have been sent after our photography session for whatever reason. If this is the situation we will not edit the photos until full payment has been made.

TURNAROUND TIME PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS

​

Turnaround time is 24-72 Hours Business Day Monday- Friday. We service 15-30 listings a week and try my absolute best to turn the photos out to you in a 24-36-hour window.

​

• If your reservation falls on Monday, you can expect your images Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.

 

• If your reservation falls on a Tuesday you can expect your images Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday.

​​

• If your reservation falls on a Wednesday you can expect your images on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.  

 

• If your reservation falls on a Thursday you can expect your images Friday, Saturday, or Monday. 

​​

• If your reservation falls on a Friday you can expect your images Saturday, Monday, or Tuesday. 

 

• If your reservation falls on a Saturday you can expect your images Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. (Saturday sessions have an additional weekend fee due to this is not a typical workday, but we still offer services if needed)

 

• We are CLOSED on Sundays and do not edit or take photos. We will photography if this is an emergency session and you cant schedule it any other day. There is an additional fee for Sunday Sessions and turnaround would fall under a Monday Session turnaround time.

Videography Turnaround time is 3-5 business day

• If your reservation falls on a Tuesday you can expect your video Friday, Saturday, or Monday.

 

• If your reservation falls on a Wednesday you can expect your video on Saturday, Monday, or Tuesday.  

• If your reservation falls on a Thursday you can expect your video Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. 

 

• If your reservation falls on a Friday you can expect your video Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. 

 

• If your reservation falls on a Saturday you can expect your images Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday. (Saturday sessions have an additional weekend fee due to this is not a typical workday, but we still offer services if needed)

We will send over a film form that we will need you to fill out before our service. This will provide us with everything we need to complete your video tour. We will send you two sets of video tours. One will be a strict version for the MLS & one Branded video for you to advertise all over social media and any other sites of your choice.

 

Once we send the video over, we will make any small changes up to one additional time. If you require a full edit that is an additional $125. Once the final video is sent over there are no more additional changes made and we do not hold any video footage or the final video. If you think you would like to make future changes, there is a $75 fee ($2.50 daily) for the storage fee to hold your video for up to 30 days if you think you want it longer it is an additional $25 fee every month after that.

THE SOUTHERN BELLE PROCESS

I take anywhere from 1-700+ pictures a listing. I have the eye & know how to go through the images and select only the best angles that will capture and attract the buyer's attention to your property.  

 

If certain images or angles are wanted or not wanted, we are to be notified before the day or at the photoshoot with exact instructions of what is needed to be photographed.  Otherwise what the photographer takes photos of and edits shall be deemed acceptable.

We only edit a set number of images per collection. So, if you would like more images to choose from, we suggest you choose either one or two photography collections higher than the one you selected to have a variety to choose from.

 

I specialize in Real Estate Photography and have won many awards and have helped sell thousands of homes just from my photos alone.  I am greatly confident in my work and know what angles to take and what is needed to help sell your property. REPLACE, EXCHANGE OR ADD ON MORE IMAGES

After we send over the images if there is something you want to be enhanced or changed in one of the images, please let us know and we will adjust that for you. We do not substitute or exchange images so if you would like to add on any additional Images it is $7 per image for Standard HDR Interior Images & $14 per image for Standard HDR Exterior Images or $9 per image for Luxury HDR Interior Image or $18 per image for Luxury HDR Exterior Image. If you would require a reshoot there is a fee of the price of the photography collection and travel fee.

 

REFUNDS

 

We are a professional service & will do our best to make sure you are happy. However, we

do not offer refunds.

AT THE SHOOT

 

The Client is responsible for the authorized representative at the shoot to approve the photographer’s interpretation of the listing. If a client, agent, or broker representative is not present, the photographer’s interpretation shall be deemed acceptable. The client is responsible for the presence of the property. If the agent, broker, or homeowner is not home to make the beds and make sure the home is photo-ready upon our arrival we will photograph the property AS-IS. 

 

We do not wash dishes, make beds, move cars, or move furniture.

 

We will make a reasonable effort to remove litter, remotes, tissue boxes, etc. from the rooms.  However, we are not here to stage the home we are here to photograph the home. So, it is especially important you make sure the home is staged and ready upon arrival. We send over a helpful preparation guide along with this confirmation that you can forward over to the homeowner to help make sure the property is ready upon our arrival.

Once we arrive at the property and if we feel the property is not ready to have photos taken,

we will reach out to you. We will offer to stage and set the property up for our session for an additional fee or we can reschedule the session altogether.

If a property is not clean, ready & accessible upon our arrival we will need to reschedule your reservation. Our schedule is booked out and your reservation is allowed a certain amount of time. If the property is not ready for our arrival a $100 Show Up Fee & Full Travel Fee will be applied.

LICENSING TERMS & CONDITIONS

​

Southern Belle Real Estate Photography LLC maintains full copyright ownership of all images. The images may be used by you (and your firm) to promote the sale of this property in any media. Your license to use these photos expires after the sale of the property or the termination of your current listing agreement. Your firm may continue to use the images for general web promotions. We require any non-licensed parties who use the images to provide photographic credit to Southern Belle Real Estate Photography, & to obtain

leasing rights licenses.

SHARING

DO NOT share the photos outside your organization. ALL THIRD-PARTY REQUESTS (including clients, contractors, vendors, designers, staging companies, builders, other firms, and editorial use) to use the images require advance authorization from Southern Belle Real Estate Photography LLC. Additional licensing and fees may be assessed to requesting third parties.

SHARING WITH OTHER AGENTS

You may share the images with other agents/ brokers strictly for digital/ social media posting provided they provide photographic credit to Southern Belle Real Estate Photography in any posting/use of the images.

CO-LISTING

This license extends to other agents within your local office (within your firm) to co-listing agents. This license does not extend to other firms and their agents. If co-listing with another firm, each firm (if using the images) must purchase a license to use the images for the promotion of the property.

MULTI-FAMILY APARTMENTS/ CONDOS

Our pricing is based on a single license for the one-time sale/rental of a single listing/unit. All photography for the rental or sale of multiple units requires a custom quote and license for such use. Please indicate your needs in your order notes.

TRAVEL

Regions covered include the Myrtle Beach area. An extra 'Travel Charge' may be required for shoots outside of the Myrtle Beach area. For more information, please contact us at Andrea@SouthernBellePhotography.org

 

RESCHEDULE

We understand things happen so if you need to reschedule your reservation, please do so with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Any reservations rescheduled in a 24-hour window or same day of the reservation will be charged a $100 rescheduling fee. 

CANCELLATION

We require 1 full business day and not less than 24 hours' notice of cancellation or postponement of a photoshoot. Services canceled the day of the shoot will be charged at 100% cost of the service.

 

 

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

In the event of inclement weather preventing photography, a new date will be scheduled at the earliest available time, there is no cancellation fee due to

bad weather. We try to reschedule for weather 1 day before the shoot when possible. However, we will sometimes make the decision less than 24 hours before our scheduled photoshoot. If it is raining and the photographer tries to reschedule your session and you decided to go forward with your reservation and just have interior shots taken and then reschedule another day for the photographer to come back to take exterior and any amenity shots, there is a $100 Show Up Fee, along with Travel Fee applied!

 

 

BEFORE/AFTER HOUR & WEEKEND RESERVATIONS

If you need to schedule a reservation outside our regular business hours Monday-Friday which would be before 9am and after 3pm there is an additional fee of $75.

 

Saturday Sessions- If you need to schedule a reservation on Saturday, there is an additional fee…$85 fee for our 9am-10:30am slot, $95 fee for our Noon-1:30 slot, $105 fee for our 3:00-4:30pm slot.  

 

Sunday Sessions-If you NEED to schedule a reservation on Sundays, there is an additional fee of $105 for any time slot from 9am-3pm only. We are closed on Sundays but if it is a must we will photograph.

PAYMENT IS REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE YOUR PHOTOSHOOT

We will only add your photoshoot to our calendar when the invoice has been paid.

 

 

RIGHTS & USAGE LICENSES

All images produced for an Agent, or Broker {Client} may be used by the Client for all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property and for the Client's self-promotion. licenses are granted only to the PAYEE CLIENT and not to any third party. Any usage of the images by a third party, including not limited to other agents, brokers, architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved in writing by the Southern Belle Real Estate Photography LLC. No MLS company or Agent owns the rights to any images produced by Southern Belle Photography without a written transfer. Southern Belle Photography has the right to use the images in marketing promotions or advertising at any time. We also have the right to resell leasing rights to other agents or the owners. You cannot download or copy any images you find on any Social Media Accounts, any Real Estate Sites, any Rental Sites, any Website found on the internet without written permission and leasing rights from Southern Belle Real Estate Photography LLC.  If any image produced by Southern Belle Real Estate Photography has any manipulation including editing or changing in any way without being granted an Editorial Leasing License has committed Copyright Infringement.  If any images have been found used by any party without the written consistent and leasing rights to use the images from Southern Belle Real Estate Photography LLC. is committing infringement theft and further action will be pursued.  Damages of Infringing can range from $750 to $30,000 per image. The first action will be a Cease & Desist letter next action will be legal action!  U.S Copyright Law 17 U.S.C 504 ©
