We try to make it easy for you when choosing a collection. When we consider photographing a property its doesn't just start & end with the home itself. So everything is included in your photography collection from the Entrance of the community, Front & Back Exterior of the home, Interior of the Home & Amenities. So we always suggest picking a Real Estate Photography Collection that allows you enough images to showcase everything.
Unlike other photographers that charge you a package fee plus an additional fee to add on amenity photos.

Factors to consider when choosing your Real Estate Photography Collection
1. What is the Sq. Ft. of the property?
We recommend choosing a collection that is based on the Sq. Ft. of the property & will be able to showcase the amenities & surrounding area.
2. Are you wanting to showcase the amenities as well?
If you want to include any amenities such as community pools, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, parks, beaches, boat docks, storage, etc. Make sure to choose a collection that allows you to include these images along with the property images.
3. Are you wanting to showcase the lifestyle of the surrounding area to help give the feel of what it's like to live in the area?
These are great ways to capture the lifestyle of the area. You can include the property, amenities, golf courses nearby beaches nearby and any attractions you think are a hit! If this is something you are interested in be sure to choose a collection that will allow the property, amenities, and lifestyle images.

A Basic Real Estate Photography shoot from a professional photographer generally starts anywhere between $110 and $300 per shoot for photos only (no video). Also depends on Experience, Skills, Location etc.
There are always new photographers who are willing to test the waters in real estate for $80 or so, but most Real Estate Agents are tired of the issues that come along with hiring someone who doesn't have good business processes in place–late delivery of photos, no invoicing procedure, poor quality work, bad angles, blown windows, etc.

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, NO-SHOW & INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
We understand things happen so if you need to reschedule your reservation please do so with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Any reservations rescheduled in a 24-hour window or the same day of the reservation will be charged a $75 rescheduling fee.
If you need to cancel your reservation please do so with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Any reservation canceled within 24 hours or the same day of the reservation is subject to a $125 cancellation fee.
In the event of inclement weather preventing photography, a new date will be scheduled at the earliest available time, there is no rescheduling fee due to bad weather. However, if it is raining and the photographer tries to reschedule your session and you decided to go forward with your reservation and just have interior shots taken and for the photographer to come back on another day to take exterior and any amenity shots, there is a $125 Show Up Fee, along with a Full Travel Fee applied!
TURN AROUND TIME
We service anywhere from 15-30 clients a week. We try our very best to turn everything over to you in a 24-36 hour window however we allow ourselves a turnaround time of 24-72 hours a business day. The average client receives their product in a
36-hour window!
